All parts feature a streamlined (matching or exceeding pipe ID) to eliminate flow restrictions. Constructed from 100% virgin PPR with brass inserts for threaded variants, they undergo precision injection molding for smooth, burr-free interiors. The series supports PN20/PN25 pressure ratings, operates at 70°C continuous/95°C transient, and complies with DIN 8077/8078, GB/T 18742, and optional WRAS/NSF certifications. Sizes range from DN20 to DN32, available in white/green/gray. Installation uses standard PPR hot-melt tools (no special equipment needed).
