AKAN ENTERPRISE GROUP CO., LTD., the manufacturer behind the POLYGON piping brand, has wrapped up a productive showing at AQUATHERM TASHKENT 2026. The event ran from October 6 to 8 at Uzexpocentre NEC in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

As a dedicated trade fair for HVAC, water supply, and plumbing solutions, the exhibition gave POLYGON a valuable platform to engage with distributors, wholesalers, and sector specialists from Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries. During the three days, the delegation met with potential partners from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan-laying the groundwork for further regional expansion.

A Broad Range of Piping Solutions on Display

The POLYGON booth showcased an extensive portfolio spanning water supply, heating, and ventilation applications. Featured items included PPR pipes and fittings, PEX-B and PE-RT tubing, aluminum-plastic composite piping, and ventilation duct systems.

Notably, the PPR product family, PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipes, and ventilation systems generated the strongest visitor engagement. Conversations frequently centered on construction details, material characteristics, pressure ratings, matching components, and installation requirements.

Feedback from attendees reinforced the value of offering a portfolio tailored to regional preferences. While PPR remains the dominant product type in Uzbekistan, a rising curiosity in aluminum-plastic composite pipes for heating purposes was clearly evident among customers.
