Almaty, Kazakhstan – September 2–4, 2026
The 31st edition of KazBuild & AquaTherm Almaty 2026, the leading international exhibition for building materials, HVAC, water supply, and ventilation in Central Asia, will take place from September 2 to 4, 2026, at the IEC Atakent, Almaty. The event is UFI-certified and officially supported by the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Kazakhstan and the Almaty City Akimat.
AKAN ENTERPRISE GROUP (ZHEJIANG) CO., LTD, the manufacturer behind the global piping brand Polygon, will exhibit at Booth No. 8-112 (Hall 8). Tailored for the Central Asian climate and infrastructure upgrade demands, Polygon will present a full-range "Water Supply – Heating – Ventilation" integrated comfort home piping solution.
Market Opportunities in Kazakhstan
As the largest economy in Central Asia, Kazakhstan maintains a growing trade volume with China (USD 17.3 billion from Jan to May 2025), with China remaining its top trading partner. The local market faces dual pressures of aging energy infrastructure (over 70% of heating networks exceeding service life) and green transition. The 2025–2029 National Project for Energy Modernization will invest over USD 24 billion, with USD 12.5 billion specifically allocated for heating, power, and water supply network upgrades. Additionally, the government's 2024–2029 Investment Policy Concept offers incentives such as 10 years of tax exemptions and up to 20% construction subsidies, creating a historic window for high-quality Chinese piping systems.
Polygon Booth 8-112 – What to Expect
Visitors to Booth 8-112 will experience Polygon's core product lines engineered for durability and efficiency:
PPR Piping Systems: Food-grade, high-temperature/pressure resistant for residential and commercial hot/cold water supply.
PEX-B & PE-RT Underfloor Heating Pipes: Flexible, oxygen-barrier options ideal for radiant heating in extremely cold climates.
Composite Pipes (PEX-AL-PEX & PE-RT-AL-PE-RT): Five-layer aluminum-plastic structure with low thermal expansion, perfect for radiators, risers, and renovation projects.
Ventilation Piping System: Low-resistance plastic ventilation ducts designed for anti-condensation and easy installation in HVAC projects.
Leveraging the Zhejiang International Trade Fair platform, Polygon's international sales team will provide on-site consultations for distributors, engineering contractors, and real-estate developers, offering OEM/ODM support, Russian-language labeling, and logistics solutions via the China-Europe Railway Express.
